Deb was that mom who put notes in her kid’s lunch boxes and treated even the smallest holiday as a reason to decorate and celebrate. Her real estate story started out in California when interest rates were at 18%. Many things have changed since that time– including several moves cross country: Florida, Colorado and now our home for 25 years -  North Carolina. Deb has an infectious love for people and delights in being part of the fabric of her client’s lives.   When you meet Deb, you are guaranteed three things –a big smile, unfailing honesty and her get it done approach.   She is a true specialist who has mastered the skills needed for evaluating, marketing, and matching properties with buyers. If you are thinking of selling, Deb is a certified stager and has a studio filled with décor to help you sell your property fast and for top dollar.    Deb is a genuine example of servant leadership. When she’s not with her clients, she spends time mentoring new agents to set goals and dream BIG. She also loves giving back to her community and is a regular volunteer. Deb’s long list of accolades includes Fast Tracker, Team Spirit Award, President’s Club, Executive’s Club, Founder’s Club, Employee of the Year and is the state wide delegate for Long and Foster’s Gold Council.  However, to Deb, the very best reward is the opportunity to provide her clients with a real estate experience worth celebrating.

She is proud to say she is married to a veteran and a retired IBM’er. Deb and her husband John have 5 children: two in CA, one in Iowa, one in VA and one living nearby in NC ~ and 14 fabulous grandchildren.
